It’s the “honor system” – you mark whether you answer the question correctly (this is the default since you know First Aid so well; the Card will turn green), or incorrectly (the Card will turn light red). When you review Cards, you can choose to review only the incorrect Cards; then when you answer these correctly, you can change them to correct and continue to hammer the incorrect ones until you have all green Cards.
