Maniver Deol, MD
Maniver is from New York and earned her medical degree in India. Her focus is medical education, and she has helped manage the USMLE-Rx Step 2 CK QMax and Step 2 Flash Facts projects. She is a vegetarian who loves authentic NY pizza and trying new restaurants. In her spare time, Maniver enjoys reading, going to museums, gardening, and spending time with family, friends, and her rambunctious pitbull.

Mona is a fourth-year medical student at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She hopes to match in an integrated plastic surgery program. Her medical school–related interests include statistics, clinical research, medical education, and anatomy. Originally from Detroit, Ujjala earned her medical degree in 2006 from Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed an internal medicine residency in 2011 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Ujjala is currently teaching in the internal medicine residency program at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit while she completes a Masters of Public Health degree at George Washington University. In addition to her busy work life, she enjoys her full-time job as a mother of three kids and loves running, swimming, and engaging in adventurous sports with her family.

Christopher Massey
Christopher grew up in Mansfield, Texas, where he was the captain of his high school swim team. He continued his swimming career in college at Henderson State University. After retiring from swimming, he decided to focus his efforts toward becoming a physician. Christopher met his wonderful wife at Henderson, and is grateful for her never-ending support. Together they are raising two Golden Retrievers, each of whom weighs 80 pounds and each of whom thinks he is a lap dog. Most of Christopher’s time is dedicated to making sure the dogs don't break everything in the house.

Sheel graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Florida campus with the dual degree of Doctor of Osteopathy and Masters of Health Service Administration in June 2016. He recently started a general surgery residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. Sheel hopes to subspecialize after completing his general surgery residency. His research interests are pediatrics and trauma. Sheel’s hobbies include art and painting, bike riding, and traveling.

Gabriel Reyes, MD

Gabriel grew up in Southern California and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006, studying biology with an emphasis in biochemistry. He started the MD/PhD program at UCSF in 2008 and completed his PhD in 2014, studying mechanisms of resistance to TKIs in chronic myeloid leukemia. He earned his medical degree in 2016 and has begun his intern year prior to starting anesthesiology residency at Stanford University in 2017. Gabriel enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking.

David Staudt
David was born outside of Philadelphia but has lived in Wisconsin since the age of 9. He graduated in December 2012 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors of Sciences degree in biology. After spending some time teaching MCAT prep courses, he began medical school at the University of Wisconsin. Currently a third-year medical student planning on an internal medicine residency, he is a huge nerd. In his time not consumed by medical school and related activities, David enjoys biking, reading, fumbling with a guitar, and spending time with his wife and their cat (Mrs. Pantaloons).  He makes a mean PB&J.

Casey is originally from Denver but moved to California to earn his undergraduate degrees in biology and English literature at the University of Southern California. After graduation, he spent two years studying tumor angiogenesis at the University of California, San Francisco before enrolling in medical school at the University of California, San Diego. He is currently working on a Master of Advanced Studies in Clinical Research before returning to finish medical school. Casey loves to ski, hike, camp, and run.

Christopher is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’s three-year accelerated pathway. He completed his internal medicine internship at Temple University, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. He is currently completing a residency in dermatology at Florida State University College of Medicine. Christopher plans to complete a fellowship in Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. He is currently completing a residency in dermatology at Florida State University College of Medicine. Christopher plans to complete a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology.

Matthew Woodward
Matthew grew up in Farmington, Conn, and graduated from Tufts University with a degree in biology in 2008. He then completed research in neurodegenerative diseases at McLean Hospital, a Harvard affiliate, before starting medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He currently lives with is wife in Baltimore and is applying to neurology residency programs. Matthew enjoys cooking, eating, brewing beer, hiking, and both playing and watching sports, particularly baseball an football. His proudest momet is winning a ghost chili challenge, which earned him a commemorative T-shirt and much-needed antacid.
